Why we built this

The oilfield runs on a lean, mobile workforce. Roustabouts, floorhands, frac hands, CDL haulers and operators move between basins chasing the next hitch and the best rate. U.S. oil & gas employment is down roughly 40% over the last decade even as production climbed — so when a crew push is short a hand before sunup, every hour counts.

Meanwhile HR teams burn thousands of hours a year chasing wallet-card photos and calling training providers to confirm an H2S or SafeLand cert is still good. Workers, for their part, hate uploading PDF resumes and never check email. The tools didn't fit the people.

So we built the tool the field actually wanted: a free, mobile profile, a Credential Locker that keeps every card current, and SMS-first hiring that reaches workers where they live — their phones.
